After inventorying court decisions and assets, ARMA recovered 11 million hryvnias

The National Agency for Search and Asset Management (ARMA), in cooperation with the Office of the Prosecutor General, completed the inventory of court orders and assets. As a result of this process, the agency managed to recover 11 million hryvnias from the seized assets. About this informs ARMA press office.

“These are the first results from the inventory of decisions and seized assets with the Office of the General Prosecutor”, – the message says.

The inventory, completed in June 2025, revealed a number of violations and inconsistencies. It was established that some of the court decisions were not entered into the Unified State Register of Seized Assets (USREA). In addition, the data on resolutions canceling arrests, as well as documents on confiscation and special confiscation of property transferred to the ARMA administration, were compiled. 11 million hryvnias were written off on the basis of one of these decisions, which was not properly executed and entered into the register.

“This example is a clear demonstration of the effectiveness of ARMA’s systematic cooperation with the Prosecutor General’s Office. Every court decision will work in the interests of the state, and every hryvnia – for the armed forces. The protocol of the inventory of decisions and assets is an effective mechanism for establishing legal and factual realities for the management of seized assets, which puts an end to manipulations regarding the grounds for the impossibility of executing court decisions.” – the agency explained.

Among the assets, the management of which is currently blocked by law, a significant share is corporate rights and property related to the Russian Federation. Some of these assets are in non-enforceable status, while others are subject to preparatory procedures.

We will remind, from the second half of 2023, ARMA began to implement internal reform. The agency became a co-author of the government draft law, which concerns the reform of the asset management system, and also submitted its proposals to the deputy project 12374-d. Among the agency’s initiatives are the launch and filling of the Register of seized assets, the review and termination of ineffective management contracts, the development of new rules for the management and sale of property.
