The Embassy of Albania opened in Kyiv
The embassy of Albania opened in the capital of Ukraine. This is the first embassy opened in Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, informs Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sybiga.
“Today in Kyiv, together with my colleague Igli Hasani, we solemnly opened the Embassy of the Republic of Albania. The first embassy to open in Ukraine during the full-scale invasion of Russia. It is a symbol of Ukrainian-Albanian stability, unity and common future in the EU and NATO.” – the message says.
In turn, the head of the Albanian Foreign Ministry, Igli Hasani, said that Albania supports the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
“I will once again confirm Albania’s steadfast support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and convey our deep admiration for the strength and determination of the Ukrainian government and its people in their determination. The international community must continue to provide strong political, diplomatic and humanitarian support to Ukraine, and we are fully committed to fulfilling our role in this important mission.”, – Hasani noted.
