An online platform for feedback from business to the state is being launched in Ukraine
During the beta testing period, 22 state bodies can be evaluated, and gradually their number will increase.
Every entrepreneur in Ukraine now has the opportunity to evaluate the quality of services provided by state bodies. The Ministry of Economy announced the launch of the Pulse platform, which collects business feedback on interaction with the state. During beta testing, you can evaluate the work of 22 state bodies, and their number will gradually increase, reported press service of the ministry.
Meta platforms
The purpose of the Pulse platform is to create a single digital tool for transparent relations between the state and business, which will contribute to improving the quality of public services. This will make it possible to get an objective picture of the quality of services and to respond more quickly to the problems of entrepreneurs. Positive feedback will help scale successful practices.
“Feedbacks from businesses will be digitized, and based on them we will form the Entrepreneur Satisfaction Score”, – said First Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Economy Yuliya Svyridenko.
Components systems
The system consists of three main components: a dashboard, an information window and a personal account.
- Dashboard is an information panel that contains key indicators and allows you to quickly assess the state of satisfaction with government services in a convenient format. The data on the dashboard is public and viewable.
- Information window is an interface where entrepreneurs can leave feedback on interaction with government bodies and report problems. Authorization takes place using an electronic signature, Bank ID or Action.Signature. Entrepreneurs can fill out a short or long form to evaluate services.
- Personal office is a place where an entrepreneur can track the status of his application review online, from the moment of submission until receiving a response from the state representative. After receiving the answer, the entrepreneur can evaluate the process of processing the application on a scale from 1 to 10.
About the platform
The “Pulse” platform is part of the “Made in Ukraine” policy initiated by President Volodymyr Zelensky at the beginning of the year. It was developed by the Ministry of Economy in cooperation with the Council of the Business Ombudsman and with the assistance of the Ministry of Digital Affairs. The project was implemented with the support of USAID and UK Dev within the framework of the “Support for Digital Transformation” project. The Reform Support Team of the Ministry of Economy and the Government Contact Center participated in the implementation.
