ARMA is preparing a revolutionary platform for interaction with law enforcement officers

The Agency for Search and Asset Management (ARMA) is working on the creation of Ukraine’s first secure electronic system for exchanging information with the prosecutor’s office and pre-trial investigation. The launch of the platform into trial operation is planned by the end of 2024. Notification of this appeared on the agency’s website.

The development of the system became part of the measures of the State Anti-corruption Program for 2023-2025 and the National Informatization Program with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. Its purpose is to provide operational data exchange between ARMA and law enforcement agencies for effective identification, search and management of assets.

The new platform will significantly speed up the processes of sending requests and obtaining information about assets that are subject to seizure. The General Prosecutor’s Office, the National Police, the Security Service of Ukraine, the State Bureau of Investigation, the Bureau of Economic Security and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau will participate in the information exchange.

“The implementation of this unique system will significantly increase the efficiency of the work on identifying and searching for criminal assets. This is an important step in the development of digital transformation and interdepartmental interaction of ARMA with law enforcement agencies”, – emphasized ARMA Deputy Chairman Stanislav Petrov.

The innovation is developed in accordance with high standards of information security and the requirements of information protection legislation. Its implementation will promote transparency, reduce corruption risks and increase the efficiency of ARMA’s work.
