On the night of April 30, a series of explosions was recorded in Kharkiv. Five districts of the city came under fire from the Russian Federation. The drone strikes injured at least 45 people, including two children and a pregnant woman. About this informs Mayor of the city Ihor Terekhov.
“16 strikes were recorded in Kharkiv. High-rise buildings and private houses, a medical facility, and civil infrastructure were damaged.” – says the message.
Kyiv, Nemyshlyan, Slobid, Saltiv and Shevchenko districts of the city came under attack. So far, it is known about 45 injured as a result of night strikes.
“31 people had an acute reaction to stress, 14 people were injured of varying degrees of severity. 5 people were hospitalized. Among the injured were two children and a pregnant woman. 13 emergency medical aid teams were involved in helping the victims in Kharkiv.” — noted Oleg Synegubov, head of the State Administration of Ukraine.
As a result of the large-scale air strikes on Kharkiv, residential buildings, garages and infrastructure facilities were destroyed, and vehicles were damaged. Ten fires broke out in different areas of the city.
“Rescuers, medics, police, volunteers and communal services are working on the spot. Firefighting, debris removal and assistance to the injured continue despite the danger of repeated strikes by the Russians.” — clarified in the State Emergency Service.
