A tender for 12.2 million hryvnias was won by a company related to MP Labazyuk

JSC “Urdi Ukrainian Roads”, which is associated with People’s Deputy Serhiy Labazyuk, will receive 12 million 240 thousand UAH of state funds for construction services to protect critical industrial facilities in Khmelnytskyi region. It should be noted that NABU previously announced to Labazyuk that it was suspected of attempting to bribe officials of the Ministry of Reconstruction.
The People’s Deputy’s firm received a tender through the public procurement platform Prozorro. There were no trades – the agreement was signed according to a simplified procedure. The customer of the services is the Service for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure in Khmelnytskyi Region.
One of the key tasks of the Recovery Service is to ensure the protection of critical infrastructure through the construction of engineering structures and their rapid recovery after Russian attacks. The former head of the State Reconstruction Agency, Mustafa Nayem, previously stated that the structure is engaged in the construction of structures for protection against drones and missiles at 22 distribution substations of NEC “Ukrenergo”, as well as the construction of protection for 103 energy facilities against shrapnel damage.
The contract with JSC “Urdi Ukrainian Roads” states that the contractor must perform engineering and technical work to protect critical infrastructure facilities. The list and scope of planned works is information with limited access. The contractor was chosen without bidding, using a simplified procedure.
