The investigation currently does not reveal the name of the university where the accused worked. According to the prosecutor’s office, the man repeatedly spoke in the spirit of hostile propaganda, claiming that “Ukraine must be destroyed”, insulted Ukrainian patriots and declared his intention to obtain citizenship of the Russian Federation, because, as he noted, “it is good to live in Russia.”

“Also, an admirer of the Kremlin said that as soon as Kharkiv is “liberated”, he will definitely move to the territory of “great Russia”. He accused the Defense Forces of shelling residential buildings and cheered for the representatives of the “brotherly people”. – it is stated in the message of the prosecutor’s office.

During the search of his apartment, Russian rubles were discovered and seized. The indictment against the man was sent to the court under Part 1 of Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — justification, recognition as legitimate or denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
