US President Joe Biden expressed firm confidence in Ukraine’s victory in a full-scale war against Russia. In his messages on the X platform on September 29, Biden assured that the United States will provide Kyiv with all the necessary support to achieve this goal.
“Ukraine will win this war. And the United States will continue to stand by them every step of the way.”, – the US president emphasized in his address.
At the same time, Biden published a short video showing his talks with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi. In the video, the American leader confirmed his determination to support Ukraine on its path to integration into NATO and the European Union.
During a recent meeting with Biden, Volodymyr Zelensky presented a plan for Ukraine’s victory in the war with Russia. However, in contrast to Biden’s position, the US presidential candidate from the Republican Party, Donald Trump, harshly criticized Zelenskyi for his refusal to seek a peaceful way to resolve the conflict with Russia.
It is expected that Biden and Zelensky will hold another meeting in October, where they will continue to discuss the strategy for Ukraine’s victory in the war.
Earlier, Biden also noted that the victory of Ukraine requires more than just success on the battlefield. According to him, this involves efforts aimed at ensuring a free and independent future for Ukraine, for which its people have already made many sacrifices.
