Business supports increased responsibility for mobilization violations by the CCC and the Military Medical Commission

Ukrainian business supports the improvement of legislation to prevent violations by representatives of territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCC and SP), as well as heads and members of military medical commissions (MMC). About this reported press service of the European Business Association (EBA).
“After the strengthening of the mobilization processes, as well as the changes that occurred in the process of booking and obtaining the status of criticality, a significant number of cases were recorded when even booked employees of critical enterprises try to mobilize, as well as when the VLK takes place quite formally, without providing the opportunity to collect all the necessary documents to confirm the state of health”, – the message says.
This creates difficulties for companies, up to the point of stopping their work, negatively affects the economy and tax revenues. In addition, business spends significant resources on justifying the need to retain qualified specialists in production processes.
We will remind that on January 27, the Verkhovna Rada registered draft law No. 12442, which provides for the introduction of criminal liability for violation of mobilization legislation. The EBA supports this initiative, considering it a logical step after strengthening the responsibility of business in the field of mobilization. Adoption of the draft law will help to create fair rules of the game, prevent corruption, and also ensure the stable operation of enterprises that are critically important for the country’s economy.
