Conditions for business will be simplified: BP has adopted a large deregulation package
The document, among other things, provides for the termination of scheduled inspections.

The Verkhovna Rada adopted the major deregulation bill No. 7331, which simplifies the conditions for business during martial law. People’s deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported this.
“The Council adopted the major deregulation draft law No. 7331 on simplifying the conditions for carrying out economic activities during the period of military (emergency) state in Ukraine. “For” in total – 237″, – he wrote in his Telegram.
The main provisions of the draft law:
Declaratory principle: Business entities will receive the right to conduct certain types of economic activity during the period of martial law based on the submission of a declaration on conducting economic activity to the relevant licensing authorities, permitting authorities and TsNAPs. This does not require obtaining documents of a permissive nature, the receipt of which is provided for by law.
Validity period of declarations: Declarations will be valid during the period of martial law and until the end of the calendar year in which martial law is suspended or abolished, but not less than three months from the date of its termination or abolition. Already issued licenses extend their term of validity until the end of martial law, but not less than three months from the date of its termination or cancellation.
Stopping checks: For the period of martial law, scheduled inspections of licensing bodies regarding compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of licensing are suspended.
Regulation by the Cabinet: The Cabinet of Ministers will determine the procedure for submitting the declaration, the list of information to be included in the declaration, and the list of types of economic activity that cannot be carried out by economic entities based on the submission of such a declaration.
