Chernihiv rescuers are sorting through rubble after a rocket attack, the number of victims has increased to 77
Rescuers from the Chernihiv region continue to clear rubble at the site of a missile strike by Russian troops on April 17. According to the information of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the number of victims as a result of shelling has increased to 77 people.

“As of this morning, 18 people have died and 77 have been injured (including 4 children). 3 more people were rescued from the rubble. Psychological assistance was provided to 58 persons. 1,580 tons of construction debris were removed, 71% of the destroyed part of the building was dismantled. Emergency and rescue operations are ongoing.”
Hundreds of rescuers, special equipment and dog handlers are working on the spot.
