Deferrals from mobilization through the Ministry of Economy and Diia will be valid only until February 28

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved changes to the rules for booking conscripts during mobilization and under martial law. In accordance with by resolution No. 1332 of November 22, deferrals from mobilization, granted by the decisions of the Ministry of Economy or through the Diya portal before the entry into force of this resolution, will be valid only until February 28, 2025.
In order to receive the status of “critically important”, enterprises must provide a certificate on the absence of tax arrears and a single social contribution. In addition, their status must be agreed with the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Defense, taking into account the needs of local communities.
The Cabinet of Ministers also specified that the average salary at private sector enterprises applying for the reservation of employees should be at least 2.5 times the minimum wage (20 thousand hryvnias in 2024).
In addition, the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Defense should prepare a draft decision that will include:
- the mechanism for checking the validity of the reservation of conscripts;
- cancellation of postponements in case of detection of unjustified cases of booking.
The decree enters into force on December 1, after which the reservation of conscripts will be carried out through the “Diya” portal.
