“Diya” launched push notifications about deregistration of place of residence

Ukrainians will now receive push notifications in the Diya application if they are removed from the registration of their place of residence. About this it is said in the message of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

Previously, this was only communicated by mail, and people may not know that they are no longer registered at a certain address. When a homeowner evicts a person from an apartment or house, the system automatically sends a notification to Diya. The message is sent if the user is authorized in the application, has a verified taxpayer card (RNOKPP) and his data is in the Register of the territorial community.

If the information in the register is missing, it can be updated online on the “Action” portal. The project is being implemented within the framework of the EGAP program with the support of the Swiss government in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Affairs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the DMSU and Dokument SE.

As a reminder, on February 7, 2025, the “Action” application introduced the possibility of buying and selling a car through AUTO.RIA. “Dia” provides for a change of owner for only one vehicle per year, which practically makes it impossible for resellers to operate during re-registration.

“First, the company came to integrate Diya. Signature for user authorization. The focus was on the security of the platform. Next, the company added the ability to send a vehicle registration certificate through Diya so that sellers can confirm the ownership of the car. And now the third integration: from the marketplace, you can go directly to the re-registration of a car in Diya.” – explained the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
