15,425 Ukrainians have used the YeOsel mortgage lending program for the entire period of its operation, and the total amount of loans issued has reached 25 billion hryvnias. About this reported press service of the Ministry of Economy.
“eOselya” remains one of the most successful mortgage programs. In general, during the entire period of operation of the program, it was used by: 8,341 families of military personnel and security forces; 3,488 Ukrainians who did not have their own housing or it did not meet the standards; 1,273 teachers; 1,260 doctors; 399 internally displaced persons; 336 veterans; 328 scientists. – the message says.
In total, 10,462 housing objects were purchased on the secondary market and 4,963 units of real estate on the primary market under the YeOsel program, of which 942 objects are still under construction.
“We are constantly improving the program, taking into account the needs of Ukrainians. For example, last year we made it more accessible to young people and expanded opportunities for IDPs.” – said First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yuliya Svyridenko.
Only in the first two weeks of 2025, after the restoration of the registers, 585 loans in the amount of more than 1 billion hryvnias have already been issued within the program.
