During the week, 2.6 thousand soldiers used the online reporting system to transfer to other units
During the first week of operation of the new function in the “Army+” application, more than 2.6 thousand servicemen of Ukraine submitted reports for transfer to other units. About this reported Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko.
A total of 2,664 electronic requests were submitted, of which 811 have already been approved.
Chernogorenko emphasized that the new system simplifies the transfer procedure: military personnel no longer need to coordinate requests with commanders on their own. Now this is handled by the Personnel Center, which, if necessary, can turn to the commander to agree on a transfer, in particular between combat and rear units, or rotation of officers.
Among the most common mistakes made by military personnel when submitting electronic reports, the official mentioned the incomplete loading of military ID pages, as well as the absence of information about the period of participation in hostilities in the recommendation letter. For a successful transfer, it is important to provide a complete set of documents so that the Personnel Center has all the necessary data to make a decision.
Earlier, a representative of the General Staff of the Armed Forces reported that the command of the Armed Forces will monitor the results of the new electronic transfer system. The option to submit a report on a change of place of military service became available in the “Army+” application from November 15.
