Explosion in Kharkiv: new attack by KAB on a civilian enterprise in the Kyiv district

Just like three years ago, the city of Kharkiv woke up again today from an explosion at 4:00 a.m.

For in words Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov, the flight actually took place on the outskirts of the city in the Kyiv district. A civilian enterprise was under attack. Fortunately, no one was hurt. Regarding destruction and damage, the information is being clarified.

Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported:

“Under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv District Prosecutor’s Office of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.

According to the investigation, on February 24, around 4:05 a.m., the armed forces of the Russian Federation carried out an airstrike on the Kyiv district of the city. Kharkiv The KAB hit the territory of a civilian enterprise. Buildings and premises were damaged. No casualties.

Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by the Russian military.”
