GUR launched the “War and Sanctions” portal with data on the deportation of Ukrainian children

The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced about the launch of the “War and Sanctions” portal dedicated to the International Day of Children’s Protection.
GUR emphasizes that this step is an important part of detecting and countering Russian aggression, including cultural genocide. The portal also contains information about components in the weapons of the Russian Federation, identified in the weapons of Iran and North Korea.
The press service of the GUR stated its intention to regularly update data on the portal, including other aspects such as weapons transportation, sanctions evasion and other sanctions violations.
The portal contains a database of Russian and Belarusian persons involved in the abduction of Ukrainian children, and currently has 245 persons. The information on the portal concerns not only kidnapping, but also illegal deportation and “re-education” of children from the occupied territories.
On the “War and Sanctions” portal, brief dossiers on each identified participant in the abduction of Ukrainian children, supplemented by links to relevant news, have been published. GUR emphasizes that Russia has kidnapped at least 20,000 Ukrainian children, and this is only official data. Abducted children are illegally moved and kept on the territory of the Russian Federation, purposefully destroying their national identity.
