In Dnipro, unknown persons in military uniform without identification marks attacked Dmytro Pavlov, known by his nickname “Son”, a member of the Kraken special unit. The network claims that earlier he had a conflict with People’s Deputy Mykola Tyshchenko.
A video of the attack, posted online, shows how a group of men in balaclavas force them to hand over the small baby to Pavlov’s wife. After that, they brutally attack a man on the street of Yavornytskyi Avenue in the afternoon, in front of passers-by.
As reported blogger Ihor Lachen, before the attack Dmytro got into an argument with Mykola Tyshchenko and his bodyguard. A voice in one of the videos also says that Tyshchenko’s “guests” have arrived.
“I don’t understand, but Tyshchenko can already do everything in this country? This is total arbitrariness“, the blogger wrote.
Tyshchenko stated that arrived together with the law enforcement officers to expose the fraudulent activity of the call center, which extorted money from military families and other citizens. He also accused Pavlov of involvement in criminal gangs.
Currently, the National Police has started an investigation into this case, opening two criminal proceedings on the facts of intentional minor bodily harm and illegal deprivation of liberty. The police announced their intention to identify all persons involved in this attack.
Mykola Tyshchenko, in turn, continues to assert his version of events and emphasizes the importance of investigating not only the attack, but also the criminal actions of the call center, which, according to him, seized money from the continuously growing military families.
“Due to the fact of the conflict in the center of the Dnipro, the police opened two criminal proceedings. Unknown persons in camouflage clothing and balaclavas injured a 33-year-old man and detained him illegally. The event took place on June 20 at around 1:45 p.m. on Yavornytskyi Avenue in the city of Dnipro. Based on this fact, the investigators of the police department No. 5 of the Dnipro RUP initiated two criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 125 (intentional slight bodily injury) and 2 Art. 146 (illegal deprivation of liberty) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Currently, the police are carrying out primary investigative measures to identify all persons involved in the specified incident.”, — said in the message.
