In the countries of the European Union, there is a discussion on sending military instructors to Ukraine: details

The European Union is expanding military support for Ukraine, but the issue of sending instructors directly to Ukrainian territory remains open.
About this stated Josep Borrell, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, after the meeting of the defense ministers of the EU countries.
Borrell emphasized the success of the European training mission, which has already trained more than 50,000 Ukrainian soldiers. The European Union plans to expand these efforts, adapting them to the current needs of Ukraine.
“We see a growing agreement to strengthen our training programs, but so far there is no unified position on conducting part of the training directly in Ukraine“, Borrell noted.
The issue has sparked debate among EU member states, some of which have expressed concern about the security risks of such a mission.
Meanwhile, Ukraine is actively seeking support from its international partners. The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi welcomed the French initiative to send military instructors to Ukraine.
The issue of military aid to Ukraine is likely to be discussed at the upcoming NATO summit, where Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi is expected to attend
