In Ukraine, a free service for the transportation of things was launched: terms of use
To use the service, you need to fill out an online questionnaire and wait for feedback.

Ukrainians who have the official status of an internally displaced person (IDP) or a participant in hostilities can use the free service for transporting their belongings within Ukraine. About this reported in the Ministry of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories. Basic conditions for transportation:
- The cargo volume should not exceed 10 cubic meters;
- The weight of the cargo must not exceed 1000 kg.
“In 2024-2025, it is planned to provide assistance to about 3,000 families. In the case of a large number of applications, assistance will first be provided to the most needy families,” the message states.
To use the service, you need to fill out an online questionnaire and wait for feedback. You can fill out the questionnaire by following the link. In the questionnaire, you must specify:
- Name;
- Phone number;
- What exactly needs to be transported and in what volume;
- Address of cargo loading and unloading;
- Desired date of transportation;
- Additional information (optional).
For help in filling out the questionnaire and with other questions, you can contact the support number: (093) 990-18-91. Calls are accepted Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The company that will carry out the transportation noted that if the volume and weight of the cargo exceed the established limits (10 cubic meters and 1000 kg, respectively), it will still be possible to transport the cargo. However, you will have to pay extra for all additional cubic meters and kilograms.
This program is aimed at supporting the most vulnerable categories of the population and giving them the opportunity to transport their belongings for free, which is an important step in the process of reintegration and social support.
