In Ukraine, men will increasingly be required to provide military registration documents to provide public services: Malyuska (video)

The head of the Ministry of Justice, Denys Malyuska, emphasized that the state can quite legally demand military registration data when men apply. He clarified that it is about “hundreds, if not thousands” of services. Citizens who avoid mobilization in Ukraine will increasingly be denied services.
About this stated Minister of Justice Denys Malyuska.
The Law on Administrative Services provides that when citizens apply for a service, the state may require military registration documents as a condition for its provision. The minister emphasized that if the issuance of a military ticket becomes mandatory, it will allow Ukrainians to “appear on the state’s radar.”
“This is a normal, correct, natural process. The process is ongoing. I cannot say that we have implemented such mechanisms everywhere. But, I believe, he will appear more and more often. Increasingly, the state will request a military registration document to provide services to conscripts“, he assured.
He clarified that military registration documents will be required when providing services necessary “for a good life” and personal comfort of a conscript. The official is convinced that this will happen “sooner or later”. In the case of life-critical services, no such changes are envisaged.
