“Critical enterprises that have confirmed criticality can apply for reservations from January 22 to March 1, 2025 without waiting 72 hours. The current reservation is valid until February 28, 2025, but it is possible to cancel it early and issue a new one without interruption.” – says the message.
The algorithm for submitting applications on the Diya portal remains unchanged: entrepreneurs must enter the citizen’s office, fill in employee data, confirm a salary of more than 20,000 hryvnias and sign an application.
We will remind that on November 15, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted an updated resolution on the reservation of employees of critical enterprises. The government came up with the changes after conducting an audit of all reserved workers.
