Keith Kellogg, Special Representative of the President of the United States for Ukraine and Russia will arrive to Ukraine on February 19 with a three-day visit.
“I’m going by train tomorrow evening. And I’ll be in Kyiv on Wednesday morning,” – he said.
At the same time, Kellogg did not specify whether he would visit the frontline, as the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi had previously stated, since, according to him, the program of the visit has not yet been finalized.
“As for the trip to Ukraine, the trip is still at the final stage, that is, whether I will go there, the answer is yes. Will I have the opportunity to meet with President Zelensky? The answer is yes.” – said Kellogg.
He also noted that he recently met with Zelensky at the Munich Security Conference. According to him, on the first day of the visit, President Zelensky may not be in the city yet, so events in other locations are possible.
