Kim Jong-un built a secret nuclear base on the site of his palace

Satellite images have revealed that Kim Jong-un has disguised a new missile launch complex under a golf course, which is located on the site of the demolished Winter Palace. This can make it difficult to detect and observe from the air, informs Daily Mail.
Kim Jong Un originally disguised his underground bunkers for launchers and missiles by placing them under a golf course built on the site of the demolished Winter Palace.
Satellite images show the area where the palace used to be located south of Pyongyang. At first glance, it appears to be a private golf course, but closer analysis indicates that secret North Korean launchers and missiles may be hidden beneath.
The images show that the concrete foundation for the future complex was laid in June, after which it was covered with a thin layer of soil, on which the lawn grew. Analysts used near-infrared to detect a concrete platform ideal for launching long-range missiles on the outskirts of Pyongyang.
The secret base was built on the site of the palace demolished in 2024, and the work was completed around November. Now the complex is ready for testing. Experts from the James Martin Center for the Study of Nuclear Nonproliferation stressed that these concrete platforms are usually used to launch long-range ballistic missiles.
