Lviv received a UAH 60 million loan for the construction of an infrastructure facility

State Sense Bank signed an agreement with the Lviv City Council, which provides for a loan of 60 million hryvnias. About this reported bank press office.

According to the terms of the agreement, the city will receive a non-renewable credit limit under the state program “Affordable Credits 5-7-9%”. The loan repayment term will be 5 years. The funds are planned to be used for the construction of an important infrastructure facility in Lviv.

Andrii Kalynyak, the regional manager of the medium-sized business of the western region of Sense Bank, emphasized that the support of territorial communities is one of the key priorities of the bank’s activities.

“Sense Bank is not just a state bank, it is a partner for territorial communities. In today’s conditions, municipalities, as well as businesses and individuals, are in dire need of financial instruments to implement their projects. By lending to projects in cities such as Lviv, and previously Dnipro, we, as a systemically important bank, continue our consistent policy of supporting territorial communities by providing services quickly and with high quality.” – stressed Kalyniak
