Medvedchuk called Putin’s proposal “the last chance for Ukraine”

Viktor Medvedchuk, the former leader of the Opposition Platform – For Life party and Putin’s best man, called the conditions for reaching a peace agreement proposed by the Kremlin leader “the last nail in the coffin” of Volodymyr Zelensky’s peace plan. He also called Putin’s ultimatum “the last chance for Ukraine.”

Many similar epithets from Medvedchuk were also directed at the Ukrainian authorities. In particular, he stated that the Verkhovna Rada “has not represented the interests of Ukrainians for a long time,” and the rating of the parliament has currently fallen “below the plinth.” The former Ukrainian politician, who was exchanged for the Ukrainian military, calls the deputies “Zelensky’s scumbags and traitors to the interests of the voters.” Medvedchuk accused Ukrainian parliamentarians of being “under the complete control of the collective West.”

The scandalous politician, convicted of treason, believes that Putin’s peace plan “completely overruled” the Peace Summit in Switzerland. Medvedchuk said that Ukraine “can no longer be considered a state”.

“Vladimir Putin’s new peace initiative is the last chance to preserve the Ukrainian state. Today, Ukraine with its illegitimate president, anti-people regime, legal nihilism and state Nazi ideology cannot be considered a state. This country cannot exist without large external borrowings – it is practically a bankrupt country, black hole for the western economy”, – said Viktor Medvedchuk in an interview for the Russian news agency TASS.

We will remind you that Putin’s proposals regarding Ukraine’s refusal to join NATO and the refusal of the territories of the regions partially occupied by Russia were not even considered during the Peace Summit. Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz called Vladimir Putin’s demands “frivolous” and said it was “an effort to impose his vision on the world.”
