Among the ministers who made public Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko declared his declarations, the highest income for the past year. He is followed by the Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko, and the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleg Nemchinov took the third place in terms of salary.
As of March 26, among the ministers who have already published their declarations for 2024, the Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko had the highest salary — his average monthly income was 130,000 hryvnias, which is 23.98% more than in 2023.
In second place in terms of salary was Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko with a monthly salary of 128,000 hryvnias — his income increased the most among his colleagues in the government, by 27.41%. The third position was taken by the minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleg Nemchinov, who earned an average of 103 thousand hryvnias per month, which is 14.66% more than a year earlier.
The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Andriy Sybiga declared an average salary of 101.9 thousand hryvnias. During 2024, he first held the post of deputy head of the President’s Office, then first deputy minister of foreign affairs, and from September he headed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Other members of the government, who also submitted declarations, reported an average monthly income of less than 100,000 hryvnias. It is worth noting that the deadline for submitting declarations for 2024 is April 1, 2025.
As for people’s deputies, 93 parliamentarians have made their declarations public today. The chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk, has the highest salary among them — an average of 88.9 thousand hryvnias per month. He is followed by his brother, People’s Deputy Mykola Stefanchuk, with a salary of 76.6 thousand hryvnias. During the year, their revenues increased by 11% and 13%, respectively.
The third place was shared by People’s Deputy from OPZZ Mykhailo Makarenko and representative of “Batkivshchyna” Mykhailo Tsimbalyuk – both declare an average salary of 76.4 thousand hryvnias. Another seven deputies earn over 70 thousand hryvnias every month, while 33 people’s deputies receive from 60 to 70 thousand. All others declared less than 60 thousand hryvnias per month.
The largest increase in wages was recorded for Yuriy Zahorodnyi, a non-factionist, by 27.1%, which amounts to 67 thousand hryvnias. The income of Ella Repina, a deputy from “Servant of the People”, increased by 21.13% to 67 thousand hryvnias, and her colleague from the faction Tetyana Tsyba – by 17.74% to 65.2 thousand hryvnias.
