More than 100,000 families were left without electricity due to shelling

Due to the night mass attack of the Russians with the use of 14 missiles and 31 drones, as well as due to constant shelling in the border regions, the electricity supply was stopped in more than 100,000 Ukrainian homes. Repair work is currently underway. Electricians have already connected some consumers to the network.
Subscribers in Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Donetsk, Sumy, Chernihiv, Zaporizhzhya and Dnipropetrovsk regions suffered power outages due to shelling, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine reported.
In particular, 11,000 consumers in 13 settlements were without electricity in Khmelnytskyi. However, by noon, the power supply in the region was fully restored.
In Kharkiv Oblast, 1,300 homes have already been connected to the network, but due to hostilities, another 38,500 subscribers remain without power. More than 7,000 homes in 82 settlements of the Sumy region are currently without electricity.
In the morning, electricity supply was restored for 9,000 subscribers in Donetsk region. Currently, there are still 48,200 homes without electricity in the territory of the oblast controlled by Ukraine.
In addition, 1,500 consumers in 27 settlements of Chernihiv region remain without power.
