Naftogaz Group has launched a new tool — the group’s supplier portal — in order to improve transparency, integrity and efficiency in procurement. About this informs the press service of the company.
“It is a modern and user-friendly platform that enables suppliers of the group to report possible violations in the field of procurement”, – says the message.
Among the functions of the portal is the ability to file complaints about alleged violations in the procurement process, track the status of their consideration, add documents, ask or answer clarifying questions, and also receive feedback.
The portal’s technical support is provided by an independent third party — Etykontrol LLC, which registers requests from suppliers.
It will be recalled that on April 17, the French court allowed the compulsory recovery of $5 billion from Russia in favor of Naftogaz. As part of this process, Naftogaz has already issued encumbrances on a number of assets belonging to the Russian Federation and located on the territory of France.
“We are determined to collect the full amount of compensation and protect the rights of Ukrainian state-owned enterprises in the international arena”, – emphasized the company.
