Not a day without scandals with the TCC: a video of an attack on a woman and the reaction of the Odessa picking center

On September 7, a video appeared on social networks showing that in Odesa, an employee of the TCC, behaving extremely aggressively, attacked a woman. This incident caused great indignation in society, many comments were placed under the video with calls to the authorities to stop the arbitrariness of TCC employees in all settlements.

The Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Staffing and Social Support (TCC and SP) responded to the event by announcing on Facebook that the woman, being in an excited emotional state, was interfering with the center’s work.

As stated in the message, the woman deliberately blocked the entrance and exit to the assembly point, which prevented the official transport from moving. In addition, she simulated a physical ailment, not reacting to the remarks of the soldiers of the security company of the TCC. This attracted public attention and created a tense situation near the building.

Representatives of the TCC emphasized that the servicemen acted in accordance with the law and called the patrol police to the scene. However, after the arrival of the law enforcement officers, the woman began to behave even more aggressively, and even attempted to attack an official vehicle that was leaving the territory of the assembly point.

According to the TCC, the driver of the vehicle tried to protect official property, preventing the illegal actions of the woman. This moment was captured on video, which later appeared on some Telegram channels, however, according to the TCC, it was presented in a distorted form.

The TCC emphasized that, according to the Criminal Code of Ukraine, obstructing the lawful activities of the military during martial law implies responsibility. In addition, an attack on an official vehicle can be considered as an encroachment on the property of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

A video is circulating on the Internet, in which ordinary citizens try to resort to another discrediting of the military.

So, a situation occurred near the assembly point building of the city of Odessa that attracted the attention of society. A citizen in an emotional state commits actions that hinder the work of the RTCC and SP. She deliberately blocked the gates of the assembly point, preventing the entry and exit of official vehicles, and also pretended to be physically ill, not reacting to the remarks of the soldiers of the security company of the TCC.

The military personnel of the TCC and SP acted in accordance with the law and called the patrol police team. When the police arrived, the citizen began to behave even more aggressively, attacking a vehicle leaving the territory of the collection point. The driver of the vehicle, protecting official property, tried to prevent the illegal actions of the citizen. This moment was caught on video, which was distorted and presented in anonymous (dubious) Telegram channels.

We would like to remind you that during the martial law, obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military formations may qualify under Article 141-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In addition, an attack on an official vehicle can be considered as an encroachment on the property of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
