Nova Poshta, one of Ukraine’s leading postal operators, announced the end of cooperation with Oleksandr Bulba, the general director, who headed the company for the past ten years. The reason for such a step was the need for a “fresh look”. About this informs the press service of the company.
“In 2025, the ten-year period of cooperation of Nova Poshta with Oleksandr Bulba – CEO, under whose leadership the company achieved the most ambitious results, will end.” – it is noted in the message.
The company recalled that for the period from 2015 to 2025, the volume of annual deliveries increased from 93 million to the planned 500 million, and the number of service points should reach 50,000, which is 25 times more than ten years ago.
“At the same time, any success has its price, and even the most successful projects need a fresh look. That is why the co-owners of the company together with Oleksandr made a joint decision: 2025 will be the final year of his tenure as CEO of Nova Poshta, – emphasized in the press release.
Until the end of the current year, Bulba will continue to perform the duties of the manager, focusing on the implementation of the approved development strategy. The company will introduce a new general director from December 1, 2025, at which time, according to the report, Bulba will receive the appropriate remuneration.
