Army+ has received a new update: the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine provided details
The Army+ app has received an important update that simplifies the process of correcting military service information for service members. Users can now update their status information directly through the application, receiving an application number for further tracking of its status. About this informs General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.
Previously, part of the military faced the problem of the lack of up-to-date data about their service in the application. This often happened due to a delay in the digitization of information by TCC and SP operators. To correct such errors, the military had to use another application — Reserve+, which created certain inconveniences, since feedback on the status of the request was not provided.
As explained by Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization, in the first four weeks after the launch, more than 60,000 military personnel updated their data through Rezerv+. However, this process was not very convenient, so a new function was developed in Army+ that allows you to do it faster and more efficiently.
To update the status in the Army+ application, you must:
- Download or update the application and pass authorization.
- If the information is missing, the message “We did not find information about your military service” will appear. In this case, you need to click “I am definitely an active military man”.
- Fill out the form with the necessary data and send it.
- Get the application number to track its status.
Over 270,000 servicemen have already been authorized in Army+ for a month and a half of work. A thousand military units have implemented this application, and the military has submitted 7 thousand electronic reports, which have the same legal status as paper documents.
