Over the course of six months, more than 5,000 housing loans were issued under the “eOselya” program
Most of the funds were directed to the purchase of housing on the secondary market.

In the first half of 2024, 5,137 loans for the total amount of UAH 8.7 billion were issued for the purchase of housing within the framework of the “eOsel” program. informs press service of the Ministry of Economy.
Of these loans, the majority, namely 3,740, were aimed at the purchase of housing in the secondary market, while 1,397 loans supported the purchase of first-sale housing, including 287 properties under construction.
Military and law enforcement officers received the most loans under the YeOsel program – 2,642 loans. A significant number of loans were granted to Ukrainians who previously did not have their own housing (1,314 loans). Other recipients include teachers (380 credits), doctors (379 credits), veterans (161 credits), internally displaced persons (150 credits) and scientists (111 credits).
Since the beginning of the launch of the program in October 2022, YeOselya has helped almost 11.5 thousand Ukrainian families to purchase their own housing, providing loans in the amount of over UAH 18.1 billion.
The “eOselya” program allows Ukrainians to get a loan for the purchase of housing at a preferential rate of 3% for military personnel, teachers, doctors and scientists, or 7% for other categories of citizens.
The program is part of the “Made in Ukraine” policy and is implemented by the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Ukrfinzhitlo PJSC.
