People’s Deputy Tyshchenko first appeared in the Verkhovna Rada after house arrest

On January 8, People’s Deputy Mykola Tyshchenko appeared for the first time at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada after the end of house arrest, which was applied within the framework of the case of illegal deprivation of liberty of a military man. About this reported people’s deputy Oleksiy Honcharenko.
Previously, Tyshchenko was under 24-hour house arrest until December 23 inclusive. On January 6, the court in Dnipro was supposed to consider the issue of extending the preventive measure, but the meeting was postponed to January 10 due to the defense’s motion to remove the judge.
Prior to this, Tishchenko twice did not appear at the court session, despite the demand for forced delivery. The prosecutor explained that coercive measures were not used because Tyshchenko promised to appear voluntarily. However, later it became known that the deputy did not arrive, as he was in the Kyiv hospital in the morning due to heart problems that arose around four in the morning.
We will remind that MP Mykola Tyshchenko is accused of unlawfully depriving a person of his liberty (Part 2 of Article 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) due to a skirmish in the center of Dnipro in June. Then a group of unknown men in uniform attacked Dmytro, a former fighter of the Kraken special unit, while he was walking with a child.
