Raiffeisen Bank opened the first underground branches in Kharkiv and Dnipro

Raiffeisen Bank opened the first underground branches in Kharkiv and Dnipro, adapting its activities to wartime conditions. These branches operate on the basis of already existing ones and ensure uninterrupted customer service even during an air alert. Entrance to the underground premises is carried out through separate entrances, which allows you to continue work without interruption in the event of a threat.

According to the bank’s press service, the first underground branch in Kharkiv is located at the address: st. Novgorodska, 11. In Dnipro, a similar branch serves clients in the Dnipro district at the address: smt. Slobozhanske, str. Slobozhanska, 9a.

These new branches have appeared in cities that are close to the war zone and regularly come under fire. Due to the increased number and duration of air alerts, customers have limited access to banking services and also face communication problems. Despite these challenges, entrepreneurs in these regions continue to work and need constant access to banking operations.

Raiffeisen Bank believes that the opening of underground branches is an important step to ensure continuous provision of services in difficult conditions. This not only protects customers and employees, but also helps maintain the economic stability of the regions.

Underground branches offer a full range of banking services, such as account opening, deposits, lending, customer consultation and settlement operations.

The bank plans to further expand the network of underground branches in Kharkiv, Dnipro and other front-line cities to provide customers with a sense of stability and security when using banking services during wartime.
