Ramstein adopted plans to support Ukraine until 2027

At the Ramstein meeting, the Allies agreed on plans to support Ukraine aimed at developing its defense capabilities until 2027. About this informs US Department of Defense.

In a joint statement published by the United States, the leaders of the eight coalitions within Ramstein confirmed the fulfillment of the commitments made on July 12, 2024. They agreed on eight roadmaps that they developed to coordinate aid to Ukraine, increase defense capabilities, deter aggression and strengthen cooperation with NATO.

“These roadmaps are a significant step forward in our countries’ support for Ukraine, inform the continued work of coalitions of opportunities, and also send an important signal of demand to the defense industry.” – the statement says.

The partner countries plan to actively cooperate with Ukraine not only during the war, but also after its end. This includes donations, purchases, investments and the development of the industrial base, in particular by supporting Ukraine’s domestic production and defense infrastructure.
