Referral to the Military Medical Commission can be obtained through “Reserve+”: Ministry of Defense

From the end of February 2025, conscripts will be able to receive electronic referrals for passing the military medical commission (MMC) through the “Reserve+” application. This will avoid the need to visit territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCC).

About this informs Ministry of Defense.

Instead of paper documents, military medical examination decisions will be sent electronically to the information systems of the Ministry of Defense, in particular to the “Oberig” registry.

This was discussed during the meeting of the Coordination Center on the organization of medical services of the defense and security forces. The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Health, the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces, as well as other departments responsible for defense.

The aim of the reform is to increase the efficiency of the military medical examination, clearly distinguish the functions of the VLK and TCC, reduce queues in territorial centers and minimize corruption risks.

“As a result, it will be possible to undergo a medical examination at any convenient medical institution specified in the list, and the doctors’ conclusions will be stored in digital form with the signatures of the responsible persons.” – said Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization.
