Russia strikes infrastructure facility in Zaporizhzhia: six people killed, nine wounded

Russian forces continue to shell civilian targets in Ukraine. On the morning of 5 November, they struck an infrastructure facility in Zaporizhzhia. According to preliminary reports, at least six people were killed and nine others were injured. This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhya regional military administration Ivan Fedorov.
‘Russians struck at Zaporizhzhia. They hit an infrastructure facility. Preliminary, two people were wounded. The extent of the damage is being established,’ the statement, published at 10:05 a.m., reads.
An hour later, Fedorov said the death toll had risen to six and the number of wounded to nine. Medics are providing them with the necessary assistance.
A fire broke out at the site of the strike.
Fedorov urged residents of the region to observe safety measures during air raids.
On the night of 5 November, Russia attacked Ukraine again, using two guided missiles and 79 drones. The air defence forces destroyed 48 Shaheds and both missiles, while another 30 drones were lost from the location field and one returned to Russian territory.
