On the morning of July 8, the Russian military struck the Dnipro district of Kherson with drones. As a result of the attack, civilians were injured. About this reported Kherson city military administration.
“In the morning, Russian terrorists are attacking the Dnipro region with drones. After 5:00 a.m., a woman born in 1960 suffered a mine-explosive injury and shrapnel wounds to the abdomen and legs as a result of the enemy dropping explosives from a drone. Police officers took her to the hospital in a serious condition. Doctors are fighting for the victim’s life.”, says the message.
Before that, around 4:30, the Russian military dropped explosives from a drone on two men aged 32 and 34. Both suffered mine-explosive injuries and shrapnel injuries. The victims sought medical help on their own: one was hospitalized, the other will undergo outpatient treatment.
Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor’s office of the Kherson region started pre-trial investigation into the facts of the commission of war crimes (Parts 1, 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The investigation established that during the day, Russian troops shelled populated areas of the Kherson region using artillery, in particular rockets, as well as drones.
As a result of the nighttime artillery shelling of Kherson, a minor girl was injured – due to an acute stress reaction, she was hospitalized. In the village of Nadezhdivka, two people were injured as a result of the shelling from the rocket salvo system. In Antonivka, the Russian military injured one person by dropping explosives from a drone.
