Such inspections, which are part of market surveillance, were temporarily suspended due to the martial law, but resumed in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1511.
The State Ecoinspection calls on consumers, authorities, public organizations and business associations to report the facts of distribution of products that may harm public interests or have defects. In particular, this applies to goods whose manufacturer could not be established, but it is possible to identify the distributor.
We will remind you that earlier the Cabinet of Ministers approved the procedure for monitoring the quality, safety and volume of oil products to improve the regulation of the oil market. Monitoring will be carried out using an electronic reporting system, access to which will become paid on an annual basis.
