Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs launched an E-record for receiving public services

The service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have launched an updated e-recording system for obtaining state services. You can sign up for services online – 21 days in advance or on the day of application through self-service terminals, reported press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

“A natural person can register no more than four times a month online and four times a month at the terminal. For legal entities, a limit of four registrations per day (online) or six per day (through the terminal)” – says the message.

The number of available records for registration depends on the download of a specific service center.

“The registration is individual. If the data in the documents do not match the data specified during registration, the service will be refused”, – emphasized in the department.

It is also noted that the system pays special attention to information protection and prevention of unauthorized intervention.

“A significant emphasis is placed on means of protecting information in the system to prevent unauthorized third-party intervention. In particular, protection against automated bots is provided”, — explained the head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Oleksandr Malysh.

The E-recording project was jointly implemented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine within the framework of the system update of service centers.
