Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs switched to the updated E-registration system
All service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs switched to a new automated system of electronic records for the provision of services. The system is protected from bots and external interference, and provides an individual approach to each user. About this informs press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
“It is important to note that the record is individual, that is, no one else, except the subject of the appeal, will be able to use this record. In addition, in case of discrepancies between the information specified in the record and the information contained in the documents, the service will be refused.” – said Andrii Onufrei, Deputy Head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Implementation of Digital Innovations.
According to him, the online electronic record is available 21 days in advance. If a citizen wants to receive the service on the day of application, he can register through the terminal on the spot.
Among the main advantages of the new system are complete automation of the process, absence of third-party intervention, increased efficiency of service to citizens and reliable protection against bots that previously intercepted electronic coupons. Thanks to this, more people will be able to use the public service.
“Also, we are moving away from the concept of “coupon”. The main service center, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, is working on the implementation of the new system. Notification of the recording will be sent to the e-mail address specified during registration. Also, in the future, SMS notifications will be implemented, which will be sent to the service customer. The date and time of receiving the service will be indicated there., – added Andrii Onufrei.
You can register in the system online at site of the main service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or through self-service terminals located directly in the premises of service centers. In case of inconsistencies in the submitted documents, the service will be refused. The new E-record also provides for a limit on the number of registrations.
