Suspect extradited to Ukraine in case of seizure of state lands worth 1.8 billion hryvnias

Law enforcement officers managed to extradite to Ukraine the former head of the Main Department of the State Geocadastre in the Kyiv region, who is suspected in the case of illegal acquisition of land plots with a total value of 1.8 billion hryvnias. About this informs SAP press office.
According to the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the extradition of the suspect was organized in cooperation with the Prosecutor General’s Office. It concerns almost 920 hectares of land in the city of Fastiv and approximately 284 hectares belonging to the State Enterprise “Pushka-Vodytsia” near Kyiv.
The extradition operation took place with the participation of the relevant authorities of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Poland. The woman was declared internationally wanted on March 5, 2024, and she was detained on the territory of Germany in March 2025. The suspect was handed over to NABU representatives at the Krakivets-Korchova international road checkpoint.
The investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court granted the request of the NABU detective, agreed by the SAP prosecutor, and chose the suspect as a preventive measure in the form of detention with the possibility of bail in the amount of 10 million hryvnias. In case of bail, she will be charged with a number of procedural obligations.
