The Armed Forces of Ukraine deny information about the encirclement of Ukrainian units near Uspenivka
The information that part of the Ukrainian military was surrounded in the Uspenivka district of Donetsk region is not true. The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine decided to withdraw units of the Defense Forces from this area in order to avoid the threat of encirclement.
About this reported operational-strategic group of troops “Khortytsia”.
The report about the presence of the Ukrainian military in an operational environment near Uspenivka and Trudovoy, which was spread by some media, referring to the data of the DeepState portal, turned out to be false.
“Khortytsia” explained that the units, which for a long time restrained the attacks of the overwhelming enemy forces, carried out maneuvers that allowed them to avoid encirclement. Currently, they continue to perform combat tasks at new positions in the Kurakhove – Konstantinopolske area.
“The dissemination of unverified and unreliable information harms the fulfillment of tasks by the Defense Forces of Ukraine, is actively disseminated by the information resources of the aggressor country and fully corresponds to the narratives of the enemy. Use verified sources of information, observe information hygiene and believe in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.” – the message says.
