The Cabinet of Ministers allocated 500 million hryvnias for the creation of modern training ranges and shooting ranges for the Ministry of Internal Affairs

The government redistributed state budget expenditures and reduced the volume of expenditures for servicing the state debt by 500 million hryvnias.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to allocate 500 million hryvnias to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the construction of training ranges and shooting ranges. About this reported representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk in his Telegram channel.

“500 million hryvnias have been allocated on an irrevocable basis at the expense of the reserve fund of the state budget to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Of these, 266 million 425 thousand hryvnias are for the National Guard, 114 million 86 thousand hryvnias are for the Administration of the State Border Service, and 119 million 489 thousand hryvnias are for the National Police. These funds are intended for the implementation of measures to strengthen the state’s defense capabilities, in particular for the construction of training ranges and shooting ranges.” Melnychuk noted.

In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers redistributed state budget expenditures, reducing the amount of public debt service expenditures by 500 million hryvnias and increasing reserve fund expenditures by this amount.

Previously, the Cabinet of Ministers expanded the list of priority expenses that the state finances in the first place. In particular, the priority will now be to finance the construction of shelters.
