The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 693, which allows the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies on the Diya portal. This means that users will be able to receive informational support and advice from the AI assistant regarding the use of the portal and available services.
New possibilities of “Diya” thanks to AI:
- Information support: AI will be able to answer users’ questions, provide clarification on procedures and help solve problems related to receiving electronic services.
- Personalized recommendations: AI will be able to analyze the user’s data and offer him relevant services and information.
- Automation of processes: AI will be able to automate some routine operations, which will speed up and simplify the receipt of services.
- Medical data: users will be able to add, view and share medical information through the Diya portal, which will improve the accessibility and convenience of medical services.
Advantages of using AI in Diya
