The Cabinet of Ministers approved the procedure for payments under the program “Winter “eSupport”
On November 15, the government approved the procedure for implementing the winter support project for Ukrainian families reported Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal. We are talking about the initiative of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi, according to which from December 1 every citizen of Ukraine will receive one thousand hryvnias to pay for Ukrainian services and goods. The Cabinet, in particular, determined how, where and when funds can be received and where they can be spent.
“Since the program applies not only to adults, but also to children, we also determine how one of the parents can order a payment for their child“, the Prime Minister noted.
According to him, when deciding on “Winter is Support,” the government sets three main goals. First of all, it is about financial support for Ukrainian families. Funds from “Winter eSupport” can be spent on medicine, books, clothes, bus and train tickets, utility bills, etc.
Another goal is to support Ukrainian manufacturers and service providers. After all, they are the ones who will receive the funds. This is an additional stimulus for the economy.
In addition, the goal is to once again demonstrate the unity of Ukrainian society.
