The Cabinet of Ministers approved the purchase of drones through Prozorro

The Government of Ukraine adopted a resolution authorizing the purchase of domestically produced drones through the Prozorro procurement system. About it in your Telegram wrote Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

“The state will be able to purchase Ukrainian-made drones through the closed functionality of Prozorro – the government has adopted a resolution. It is a logical step to develop transparency and increase the efficiency of drone purchases. Manufacturers will have equal conditions of access to state contracts, and thanks to competition, the state will be able to purchase drones more profitably”, – he noted.

According to the senior official, all sensitive information will be closed for wide access so that it cannot be used by the enemy.

At the same time, Mykhailo Fedorov recalled that in February, the Cabinet of Ministers for the first time gave permission for the mass purchase of drones through the closed functionality of Prozorro. At that time, it was about devices of foreign manufacturers – Mavic, Autel and Matric. Now similar conditions have been extended to Ukrainian manufacturers.

We will remind you that Ukraine carries out mass production of drones, which are used for strikes on strategic objects of Russia at a distance of more than 1,000 km.
