The Cabinet of Ministers has created a state agency in the field of gambling and lotteries

Babushkin District Court of Dnipropetrovsk continued People’s Deputy Mykola Tyshchenko was given a preventive measure in the form of 24-hour house arrest.
The court considered a petition to extend the preventive measure for two months for Tyshchenko and another person involved in the case — former policeman Bohdan Pysarenko.
Tyshchenko’s lawyer denied the assumption that his client may violate the conditions of house arrest:
“Tyschenko has so many social connections, he has no intention of hiding from the court. At the same time, the preventive measure chosen by the prosecution deprives the opportunity to at least attend the duties assigned to the latter as a deputy, a member of the committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.”
Tyshchenko himself stated in the courtroom that he was seeing the victim for the first time:
“There was no violation, no evasion. However, the prosecution continues to act according to the principle of “beat your own so that others are afraid.” Without any evidence, they operate on assumptions: possible escape, pressure on the victim. I’m sorry, but I don’t know the victim and I’m seeing him for the first time in my life.”
Pysarenko’s lawyer asked to change his preventive measure to night house arrest so that the client could find a job and provide for his family. Pysarenko himself considers himself a victim of political manipulation. The court adjourned the session until April 17.
We will remind that People’s Deputy Mykola Tyshchenko was charged with unlawful deprivation of liberty (Part 2 of Article 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) due to the events that took place in the center of the Dnipro in June. Then a group of unknown men in uniform attacked former Kraken special forces fighter Dmytro with the call sign “Son” while he was walking with a child.
Subsequently, the SBI declared Tyshchenko a suspect. According to the investigation, it was on his order that the soldier was illegally detained. If Tyshchenko is found guilty, he faces up to 5 years in prison.
