The “Come Back Alive” fund donated UAH 1.5 million to support the TCC

The “Come Back Alive” fund, which enjoys the broad support of Ukrainian citizens, directed UAH 1.5 million in donations to the needs of employees of territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCC). However, among the recipients of this help there were scandalous representatives of the TCC, in particular from Odesa, who repeatedly found themselves at the center of criticism due to corruption scandals and abuse of office.

Interestingly, TCC managers have access to significant “black budgets” that allow them to independently finance their own needs, including the purchase of machinery and equipment. However, according to the foundation’s reporting, the money was directed to these purchases, which raises questions about the feasibility of using charitable funds.
Analysis of the purchase list only strengthens these doubts. For example, Bandera Flashlight 280.1X searchlights were purchased from the Cherkasy TCC for the amount of UAH 130,000. These searchlights are rumored to be used to “catch” civilians trying to avoid mobilization. 10 43″ 2E LED 4K televisions worth UAH 90,000 were handed over to Vinnytsia TCC, as well as 10 laptops worth UAH 170,000. In addition, the Lviv TCC purchased 9 smartphones for a total of UAH 56,000.
